Description

A friend’s quirky mobile made from bits of bicycle imagined from the top was inspiration indeed for this mandala.  It uses the following stitches and techniques:

• 11 embroidery stitches/stitch variations
• 2 bead embroidery stitches
• 1 needle weaving pattern

Finished size is 210 mm diameter

All of the stitches and techniques are to be found in the Freestyle Embroidered Mandalas book.  There are also detail instructions, often with the video clips, in the Resources area in the workroom.

• There are no instructions in the kit.  Contractual obligations dictate that you need to own the book to gain access to the instructions.

• The line drawing of the design screen-printed onto 350 x 350 mm Winter White Cotton Linen blend base fabric with cotton voile backing overlocked around the edges.
• The ink is indelible
