A fanciful take on the mythological phoenix or firebird, this colourful design uses of a wide range of interesting techniques and stitches as under:

• 22 embroidery stitches/stitch variations
• 4 bead embroidery stitches
• 1 needle lace pattern
• 4 needle weaving patterns

Finished size is 260 x 320 mm

The original of this project was worked through batting.  If you choose to do the same thing, you will require 450 x 450 mm polyester batting.
