Twisted Chain Stitch and Rope Stitch

R30,00

Description

These two stitches are worked in a similar way but give a different look.  Twisted chain stitch gives a slightly scalloped look when used as an outline stitch whereas Rope stitch, on the right, gives the look of a twisted rope.

In the video clip on the tuition page, the techniques are worked with perle no. 5 thread on curved lines.  Instructions are provided on the tuition page and there is also a downloadable and printable PDF document with the same instructions and illustrations as well as a template for the curved lines.

The 2½  minute video tuition clip is filmed in high resolution and is accompanied with voice over instructions to guide you through the learning process.
