Tiny the Tabby

Description

Inspired by Crewelwork motifs, wallpaper, textiles and a photograph of a tabby cat called Tiny, this project updates the age old art with a design that has evolved for the 21st century.

The project features a variety of stitches and techniques as under:

• 20 embroidery stitches/stitch variations
• 4 bead embroidery stitches
• 2 needle lace techniques
• 2 needle weaving patterns

Finished size is 370 x 275 mm

Dictionary of Stitches and Techniques

There will be dictionary of stitches and techniques published in the workroom to coincide with the publication of the book.

Contents of the full kit are as under:

Print Pack

• There no instructions in the kit.  Contractual obligations dictate that you need to own the book to gain access to the instructions
• The line drawing of the design screen-printed onto natural-coloured cotton linen blend backed with cotton voile
• The ink is indelible
