There are two versions of tufting in the video clip in this product.
Fluffy tufting is, quite literally, fluffy and is the one that you would most commonly us in embroidery projects. The bad hair day tufting is a little untidy, a little less controlled and is useful if you want to, say, put a few long hairs around the eyes of an animal, or in its ears.
In the video clip on the tuition page, the fluffy tufting is worked with perle no. 5 thread on a 15 mm circle and the bad hair day tufting was stitched randomly below that circle with a similar thread. Instructions are provided on the tuition page and there is also a downloadble and printable PDF document with the same instructions and illustrations.
The 23 minute video tuition clip is filmed in high resolution and is accompanied with voice over instructions to guide you through the learning process.
