Description
Beaded fly stitch is an embroidery stitch that is enhanced with the addition of beads in the construction of the stitch. Other than the thread used to attach them, bead fly stitch is worked with beads without any additional embroidery stitches. Both are useful for outlines, filling leaves or motifs, creating borders and whatever you like, really. Whilst larger beads and thicker thread are used in the video clip on the tuition page, this was for clarity. The size of the beads, the type of thread and the size of the needles you would normally use for this stitch are spoken about in the instructions. The sub-12 minute video tuition clip is filmed in high resolution and is accompanied by voice over instructions to guide you through the learning process.
